The Federation Assembly 2023 is happening in 3 separate ways
1. All together across the Federation
Colour code in program: 
There are four live sessions on Zoom where the whole Federation is invited to participate:
- the opening celebration on Tuesday the 20th June at 2pm UTC
- 2 International leadership transition ceremonies on (you decide which one to attend to)
- Friday the 23rd June at 2am UTC
- Friday the 23rd June at 2pm UTC
- the closing celebration on Saturday the 24th June at 6pm UTC
2. Community Delegates and Individual Members meet in groups
Colour code in program: 
For the first three days of the Assembly (20, 21 and 22), the community delegates and individual members of L’Arche International have the opportunity to join online meetings to exchange their experiences and perspectives on different aspects of the Assembly (in particular International Reports, the story of L’Arche, Mandate & Transition Plan). These meetings take place at three different times each day, and participants can choose the time that suits them best. The purpose of these meetings is to prepare for the upcoming vote and the future direction of L’Arche International. It is important that all delegates and individual members participate in these meetings, as through them we can hear your voice and you can listen to other members from all over the world.
3. Within communities
Colour code in program: 
The rest of the programme of the Assembly is being experienced within our communities at the times convenient to each community as per the time zones. Communities are encouraged to choose when they do an activity e.g., watch the pre-recorded videos on different topics, have conversation around them or when to cast their vote.
Our hope is that the online sessions, live, pre-recorded videos and other resources in theResource Gallery can be integrated into the daily life of our communities, in a more concrete way than is usually possible, so that the rest of the community can rekindle and experience the spirit of solidarity with the rest of the Federation, during this Assembly week.

- 5 monthly small discussion groups of 4 pairs of delegates from February to June
